Built in 19th century, Villa Etrusca is still owned by the same family whom, have now carried a painstakingly restoration. By entering the villa, guests access to a vast open space, on the left hand side a dining area with a long table and chairs leading to a fully equipped built-in kitchen and a pantry, while on the right hand side the living room with a large stone fireplace and Satellite Tv. Ground floor comprises also a twin bedroom (with joinable beds) with ensuite bathroom with shower. Both living room and kitchen discharge onto the garden where a wrought iron porch with table, chairs and sofas, can be used for eating and relaxing. A second bathroom (with shower) is suitable for disabled people. By a wrought iron staircase, guests go up to the first floor where there are two twin bedrooms, with joinable beds, and a double bedroom (an extra bed can be added in all of them). All bedrooms have their own ensuite bathrooms with shower, fireplace, Satellite Tv. A spiral staircase heads to the "dovecote", typical of the Tuscan farmhouses, here a comforatable lounge with armchairs has been created. It enjoyes a 360° view over the surrounding landscape. The villa has under floor central heating and air conditioning which, for extreme comfort, it's individually controlled. In addition a central sound system has been mounted throughout the house.

Like a precious stone embedded for extolling its beauty, Villa Etrusca is at an easy distance from the most important tourist attractions in Tuscany: Pisa, Florence, Siena. San Gimignano and Volterra, two must-see towns, are also within a short drive. Montelopio, the nearest village, at approx. 1 km from the villa, is a witness of the Tuscan century long history: first the Etruscans, the misterious civilazation who inhabited Tuscany, after the Longobards, the Republic of Pisa, the Templars and last, the Grand Duke of Tuscany. Villa Etrusca is surrounded by a park of 5000 metres and it's fenced, Mediterranean shrub hedges guaratee a complete privacy. There is a covered car park. In the garden there is a pool house and a barbecue is at guests' disposal. The big swimming pool, of 15 x 5 metres has been built in a way that some, so called, "roman steps" lead into it, there is also a hydro-massage zone, for a rinvigorating massage. All the pool area is perfect for a pleasant day out, the swallow end of the pool is just 40 cm, where children can saefely play, a solarium with sun beds for sun lovers and a wrought iron sheltered gazebo with sofas and armchairs, a proper outdoor living room, for those preferring the shade.
Guests can buy delicious fresh bakery products and typical products (extra virgin olive oil, wine, honey, etc. etc.)

Swimming pool measures 15 x 5 m, it has a depth of 0,40 m to 1,50 m and it's open from May to October, it has a hydromassage zone
