The structure is equipped with heating, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, full size refrigerator with freezer, iron and ironing board, phone, safe, alarm system, automatic gate, free car parking space and a spacious independent garden.

The house is situated on a green and quiet hill, opening directly over spectacular 360° views of the stunning Tuscan countryside. Outside there is a spacious, luminous veranda, equipped with chairs, deckchairs and a table, where it is possible to sun-bathor have splendid open air meals. There is a swimming pool with jacuzzi, furnished with sunloungers, reclining armchairs, table and chairs.
