The Villa, dating back to 17th century, was built on a luxuriant and unspoiled property of 3,5 hectares surrounded by olive groves, just 500 m away from the main village and right in the heart of the culture and art triangle of Florence, Arezzo and Siena. The house enjoys fantastic and unforgettable views! Villa Coloniale is decorated with taste and attention to details. It was entirely restored in 2004 and equipped with all modern facilities. It's a two storey building, the exterior giving the appearance of an ancient farmhouse. Being so close to Arezzo and the motorway, it's an ideal base for discovering the most precious attractions in Tuscany. The villa itself is set in one of the most celebrated areas in the Region. Interior and outdoor areas are well organized for a very pleasant stay. There is a pool house with an open sitting plan and a barbecue situated near the fantastic infinity-edge swimming pool surrounded by fruit trees. Fitness room and parking are also available.
