Villa dei Lecci is a spacious farmhouse restructured to accommodate 10 to 12 people. The central living space is characteristic of grand Tuscan living: welcoming entrance, big kitchen with every convenience including a range with 7 burners, large dining room with a table for 12, living room with a large wood-burning fireplace and television, and adjoining library/study for reading with high-speed internet connection. There is also a guest bathroom. The garden area is spacious with tables for outside dining and a view of the woods and the entire estate. There is a guesthouse next door with an intimate health spa with sauna and a small pool. In 2010 there will be a private outdoor swimming pool for the guests of the Red House and the Limonaia. Washing machine, iron and ironing table are available. The sleeping area on the first floor includes 5 large suites each with queen size bed and en-suite private bathroom with shower. The largest suite also has a loft area with a twin bed.
Annes is perfect for a family of 4. The day room includes a living area with a functioning fireplace and television, an attached kitchen with dining table. The sleeping area on the first floor includes 2 bedrooms: one with a queen size bed and one with twins. Each room has its en-suite bathroom with shower.

The villa is restructured in perfect Tuscan style and tradition with meticulous attention to materials, transmitting the feeling and luxury of a private home and offering every comfort. There is a private swimming pool of 5 x 10 metres with salt water, at night is lit by 9 different colours changed by a computer, there is a shower, sun beds and parasols. Moreover guests have bikes at their disposal and a vegetable garden where they can pick up themselves any kind of vegetables (tomatos, aubergines, basil, onions, etc. etc.). The staff speaks English, French and Dutch.
