Cosimo is a vacation rental florentine flat suitable for a family up to 6 people. From the entrance (with a closet and a table) one has access to a double bedroom in furnished in beautiful colours of red and ivory, the room overlooks the river Arno.

The adjoining living room enjoys the same breathtaking views and is furnished with comfortable sofas and a dining table for 6-8 people. Opposite the living room is a well equipped kitchen, with a breakfast table.

The second section is composed of a master bedroom, still with views over the Arno, a bathroom with tub and hand shower and twin bedded room with en - suite bathroom (shower) and facing Via dei Bardi.

The building where this apartment is located on the south side of the river Arno (the so called “Oltrarno”) a few minutes walk from the Ponte Vecchio, the Pitti Palace, the Boboli Gardens and, right across the river, the Uffizi Gallery and the shopping district.

On one side the apartment overlooks the medieval Via de’ Bardi, and on the other it enjoys spectacular views over the river and the city beyond, with its ancient towers and the cupola of the Cathedral.

The building’s original structure dates back to the 15th century, Oltrarno is still one of the city’s most charming and characteristic neighbourhoods. The river’s banks were flanked by impressive buildings, known as palazzi, belonging to wealthy aristocratic families.
