The villa is on three floors and every room springs with elegance and precious antique pieces and fabrics. Amazing bathrooms and a ballroom complete this really unique abode. The villa, unless specifically required and at an extra cost, shares park and swimming pool with other two accommodations.

This three storey is equipped with indoor elevator that connects all the three levels. The villa is composed as follows: the lower level is entirely dedicated to the huge Tuscan style kitchen with big old fire place in “pietra serena”, the big dinner table, the cupboard, and other useful rooms and spaces that serve kitchen related needs.
The main floor, a unique example of 18th century architecture and completely decorated and frescoed, is dedicated to the living and reception areas, consisting of a big frescoed ballroom, a sitting room with beautiful wall paintings, studio and TV room, elegant dining room, the powder-room and other various comfortable and elegant spaces. On the same floor is a beautiful master bedroom suite with its own bathroom with bathtub.
The first level consists of 5 master bedrooms each with private bathroom with bathtub and shower, a master bedroom with private bathroom for the staff along with other rooms for service use.
