The main villa can accommodate 16 guests, in 6 double bedrooms each pair sharing a shower suite, and one bedroom with 4 single beds with it's own bathroom. Drawing room. The house has also a fully equipped kitchen, a dining a living room and a TV/sitting room. The laundry is also at guests disposal. The property comprises also three separate cottages which can be rented along with the main villa.

Villa La Fortezza is a fabulous 4 storey villa with 6 huge double bedrooms and 4 bedded room, a small chapel (ideal for weddings) and another 3 smaller cottages. The villa stands in the centre, being the core of the Estate, it faces the chapel across and an entrance courtyard, furnished with lemon trees and fountains. There are also 2 swimming pools (one belonging to the villa and the second one shared among the three cottages) and a terraced land with olives and vine below lush chustnut forests. The atmosphere created by this impressive villa is magical and many people have chosen it to celebrate their weddings in summer and winter months as well. A variety of activities are possible using the villa as a base, hiking on the Apuane Mountains, lingering by the seaside (not too far away the famous Forte dei Marmi), visits of Lucca, Pisa the town of leaning Tower, and within an easy drive, Florence, San Gimignano, Volterra.
