La Tower has been erected to protect against the Saracen invasions, not too far from places of historical interest, and amongst the authentic natural wonders of the Maremma Natural Park. This ancient building, after undergoing a complete restoration, has become the ideal house to rent for extraordinary holidays on the Tuscan Coast. One cannot help but be impressed by the wonderful views and the natural beauty which appear before one's eyes and which can be fully appreciated from every corner of the Tower. La Torre was featured in the James Bond film 'Quantum of Solace', a sure sign of a classy accommodation! The private property is protected by a security gate and the driveway leading to the entrance is lined up by agave cacti trees. The house ejoys sweeping views over the Mediterannean Sea and guests can relax and watch this beauty from the two terraces. There is a path leading to the seas and a sunbathing deck.

The house has a pool of 6 x 4 metres.

The ground floor: Spacious dining area with fireplace, fully equiped modern kitchen and three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, one with shower, one with tub and one with both. First floor: Staircase to the first floor. Large living room, equipped with air conditioning and fireplace and 180° views from large French windows. This living-room is furnished with comfortable lounge chairs and couches on one side and on the other there is a rectangular antique wooden table which can easily accommodate up to 8 people. The living rooms leads onto a large terrace divided between a dining area and relaxation with deckchairs and sunloungers. The tower: Stairs from the ground floor lead up to the tower which has two floors The first floor has a double bedroom, with small bathroom containing shower facilities, walk in wardrobe and living room corner. The second floor gives access to a small terrace. The Talamonaccio Tower is equipped with satellite television, direct telephone, internet, jacuzzi. Every window has mosquito nets; every bedroom has ceiling fans; the living room has air conditioning. The Tower also has its own independent walking trail which leads directly to the sea, and its own private sunbathing deck with the possibility of private boat docking.
