Located on an epic private property that comprises over 4.000 square meters of grounds, Villa Antimo provides its guests with the same peace and tranquility as the adjacent Abbey of Sant'Antimo. Bask in the splendors of the surrounding valley and stroll through the woods, olive groves, vineyards and fruit trees that the estate cultivates. Enjoy sunbathing and swimming in the 9 x 14 metres pool in the summertime. The gardens, pool and furnished patio and portico are tended regularly by a gardener.

Villa Antimo dates back to the 12th century, built around approximately the same time as the abbey of Sant'Antimo. This 300 square meters house was rebuilt entirely of local stone in 1606 and was just renovated in 1998, modernizing the home while respecting its original structure. Whitewashed and cool stone walls complement the terracotta floors and wood-beamed ceilings typical of the region. The ground floor of the villa is made up of a traditional living and dining room that contains an original stone fireplace and a fully modernized kitchen with dishwasher, gas stove, refrigerator and electric oven. The kitchen's glass door opens onto a gazebo which affords guests the opportunity to dine outside, weather permitting. A fully functional laundry room and bathroom with shower complete the ground floor. On the first floor above ground is a second living room and fireplace, a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a bathroom with shower and a study featuring a double sofa bed. The second floor above ground is the original tower of the farmhouse and contains two private double bedrooms.
