How can I contact you?
The easiest way to catch our attention is to send us an e-mail to info@yourtuscany.com or using our Live Support Chat By phone: +39-0668809301 – By Fax: +39-066892771 We are manned to reply to your requests daily, from Monday to Friday from 10.30 a.m. and 7.30 p.m Italian time. That is before 5.30 p.m GMT (London) or 1.30 p.m EST (New York). An answering machine is available during closing hours, please leave a message with your name, your telephone number and when you would like to be contacted by our staff.

What is the difference between Villas and Farmhouses?
Villas are usually independent. properties, while the Farmhouses are usually composed of two or more apartments and a shared pool.

Is it possible to book a house for a short/long term rental?
All Properties welcome our guests on a weekly basis (from Saturday to Saturday), unless otherwise specified. However we invite our guests to contact our offices, we will do our best to satisfy all needs.

Are pets allowed?
Please refer to each property table showed in the Rates & Availability page.

How does the heating work?
Being very expensive in Italy, we highly recommend our guest to verify if the heating is already included in the rental by having a look into the property table showed in the Rates & Availability page.

Are the cleaning costs included in the price?
Please refer to each property table showed in the Rates & Availability page. However for extra cleaning can be provided with extra cost.

Can you provide a cook/chef?
Most of our Properties can provide a cook/chef on request basis, with an extra cost.

What is the first shopping?
Upon arrival we can provide our guests with some basic foods such as, bread, oil, wine, mineral water, milk, etc. The first shopping has to be confirmed in advance. Being an extra service it is not included in the rental price.

Are linen included?
Yes, all the Properties we represent will provide bed linen and towels. In case of two (or more) weeks rentals, new linen and towels will be provided on Saturday.

Where are the extra costs indicated?
Please refer to each property table showed in the Rates & Availability page.

Do I have to pay immediately for the supplements?
Usually not, depending on the rendered service.

When is arrival expected? And departure?
Saturday (between 3 – 7 pm) to Saturday (within 10.00 am)

How can I find out if the property is available during the time period in which I am interested?
Each property has its on-line calendar which guests may refer to. However, we do suggest our clients to reconfirm the availability by email (info@yourtuscany.com), should the tables, for some reasons, not been updated.

Once I have chosen a holiday house, how do I book it?
"Your Tuscany" requires an advance to secure your reservation. Please refer to each property table showed in the Rates & Availability page.

How far in advance I should make a reservation?
Some properties during high season (May – September), especially the bigger ones, could even be booked since one or two years in advance. For example in September most of the properties are already booked for the following season.

How can i pay the advance?
Simply with a credit card ( Visa or Mastercard ) or with a wire transfer, in this case we will ask a copy via fax of the bank transaction.

Do you accept credit card?
Yes, we accept Visa or Mastercard.

What will be the price in Dollars or Pound?
Please refer to our Currency Converter shown in the "rates" web page.

What is the cancellation policy?
The "cancellation policy" are the rules which fix the amount due by the guest should decide to cancel the booking for whatever reason. Please refer to the page “rates & conditions”, where not specified in the property table.

What do I receive upon confirming my booking?
Guests will soon receive a booking form with the confirmation number together with all useful information on how to reach the booked property.

Which are the closest airports in Tuscany ?
Florence "Peretola", Pisa "Galileo Galilei", Roma "Leonardo Da Vinci".
