prices include:

Utilities (except heating), weekly linen, final cleaning, use of washing machine (detergent not provided), iron and ironing board, garden and pool maintenance, cot (provided with bed-linen) and highchair, air conditioning in apartment Moraiolo. Please note that the owner provides initial supplies only (washing-up detergent, soap, toilet paper etc). Once these supplies are finished, the guest is required to replace them.

prices do not include:

Heating: € 40,00 per day for apartments Oriolo, Leccino and Colombaiolo, € 20,00 for Moraiolo. Extra bed € 20,00 per night. First groceries shopping (€ 70,00 for Moraiolo, € 110,00 for Oriolo, Leccino and Colombaiolo), extra cleaning € 15,00 per hour. Internet access is available upon request at a cost of € 50,00 for 100 hours of use.
