A dirt road leads to the automatic gate and takes you to the parking area with space for 4 vehicles. Ancient olive trees and beautiful, colourful, well-maintained flower gardens surround the house and flower boxes running alongside the walkway bring you to the front door of the house. In the garden there's a cypress tree surrounded by lavender and roses. All of this makes a perfect and tranquil setting, that you can enjoy relaxing on the lounge chairs, sunbathing beside the heated pool (14 x 4 meters) which is set off the south side of the house, just beyond the lovely covered terrace.
If the sun is not for you then you can just sit under one of the beautiful and compfortable sitting area, covered with a charming terrace: there are plenty of places to sit including both a rustic wood table for eight people, and a separate sitting area composed of comfortable loveseats and armchairs.
On the west side of the house there are other 2 outdoor dining areas, an open one with an umbrella and another covered one with a table that sits up to14 people. Beautiful jasmine and clematis climb the house and the exterior is complimented by excellent lighting.
