Casa Pennella was a typical Tuscan farm house (called in Italian "Casale") of 18th century. Owners have followed restoration with great passion, building works and furnishing have been completed in 2008.
The villa is located in the area of Orcia Valley, famous for its gentle hills and Medieval towns.
Casa Pennella is ideally perched on a hill, enjoying a 360° views and it's surrounded by fields whose colours change depending on season, going from a deep green in winter to a glowing yellow in summer when the sun warms up the land.
Alike all accommodations in this area, Casa Pennella too allows guests to spend days out wandering around Southern Tuscany and Umbria. Florence, Siena, San Gimignano, Arezzo and Cortona are at an easy reach too.
A L shape swimming pool is at disposal for some relaxing time, around the pool there are beautiful tiles, guests can also get some shade under the long patio.
Casa Pennella has a park of 10.000 square metres, it's not fenced.
The villa is composed of 2 units, Amiata and Pienza, the frst one overlooking the Mount Amiata and the latter with enchanting views over the town of Pienza. They can be rented together or separately (in this case they share the swimming pool).
