The Villa is situated just 50 meters from the sea and the white sandy beach front, one of the most beautiful in Tuscany . The pine grove estate of Roccamare and its beach are private and closed off to the public, with only owners and guests of the estate’s villas gaining access via the security guard at the entrance to the park.
In the 3.500 sqm garden of the villa there is a private swimming pool with a pool house with changing room, bar and bathroom with shower. From here a private path leads through the pine grove to the sandy beach, where you will find a private area with changing room, beach hut, table and lawn chairs.

The Villa has all kinds of facilities: the kitchen is equipped with professional stoves, one traditional oven and one microwaves oven, dish-washer, refrigerator.
