It has a cute dining room with a splendid view onto the garden and an outdoor terrace equipped with BBQ for dining al fresco. In the kitchenette is a dishwasher and in the living area Satellite TV, DVD and hi-fi. The apartment also has heating, air conditioning and a washing machine. Seventeenth century antiques go with the wonderful twentieth century roman school drawings which are part of the double bedroom furnishings. There is a bathroom with shower. The double bedroom is connected with the dining room by a very particular corridor furnished with different antique mirrors. An additional bed for a child is also possible with advance request. The Swimming-pool is 5 x 10 meters or 16.4 x 32.81 ft. and it's some times shared with the owner. It is located a few minutes walk away in a separate garden. Casa Piccola has a little private garden all of it's own in the larger park and an independent car entrance to ensure your total privacy.

When rented to different parties, complete privacy is granted by shrubs and a fence. Both accommodations are very comfortable and sometimes the owners could spring a surprise inviting their guests to dinner or providing them with home made cakes for the "welcome breakfast". The nearest village with shops, restaurants and services is Foiano della Chiana 4 km or about 2 and a half miles. Cortona, which is a large town boasting wonderful art and architecture as well as all modern services is 15 km or just over 9 miles.
